Community Housing Partners (CHP) is hiring a Training Center Director to lead the CHP Energy Solutions Training Center in Christiansburg, Virginia. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, construction, energy efficiency, building science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. CHP is seeking someone with 3–5 years of experience in budgeting, personnel management, and grant management, plus at least five years of managerial experience in construction, business, grants administration, or a related field. The role requires strong communication, team leadership, financial management, partnership development, and an understanding of weatherization programs and industry needs. The salary range is $80,000–$110,000 per year.
