The 2011 CSBG IS Survey is due to your NASCSP CSBG Regional Specialist by March 31, 2012. However, if you are able to submit the Survey earlier, we will be accepting them on a rolling basis, as soon as the database is ready.

 

This year, the Training & Technical Assistance Survey is built into the Access database and will not require a separate submission.

Please check this page often for additional documents and instructions.

FY 2011 CSBG IS Survey Access Database (REQUIRED):
State-specific databases will be distributed via email to State CSBG Administrators in November. If you would like to be put on the priority list to receive yours as early as possible, please email your NASCSP CSBG Regional Specialist.

 

Submission will be done through the CSBG IS Submission Form.

Pre-Cleaning Memos:
Please make all comments and notes in the Access database in the new comments areas of every section.
