The National Association for State Community Services Programs held their 2010 Orientation for New and Existing State WAP Director and Staff February 22-23, in Bethesda, MD. There, the state directors of the Weatherization Assistance Program, the Department of Energy, and national partners met to learn about policies and procedures as well as stragies in administering the WAP.
