The CSBG Act, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Requirements and Board Governance Resources and Tools
Participants were given a brief introduction to the CSBG Act and an overview of the Federal Statute Pertaining to the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) and State Administrative and Management Responsibilities. An in-depth discussion about Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Administrative Requirements was provided along with a review of the applicable Office of Management and Budget (OMB) circulars.

Monitoring Standards and Practices, Results Oriented Management and Accountability (ROMA) Overview, and Data Collection and Reporting
