As detailed in the IM, in order to qualify for FY 2017 CSBG funding, grantees must submit their State plan applications to the Office of Community Services (OCS) by September 1, 2016 using the CSBG Model State Plan format on the Administration for Children and Families' (ACF) Online Data Collection (OLDC) system.

The Model State Plan and Organizational Standards Webinar features OCS, CAPLAW, the Community Action Partnership, and NASCSP staff, and your peers from CA, IA, PA, and WV. This webinar for states and state associations discusses emerging practices around how some states are proposing to assess, track, and evaluate Organizational Standards as part of the Model State Plan (MSP). It also features resources available to help states develop Section 6 of the MSP, with particular attention to question 6.4, which gathers information on how States plan to assess eligible entities against organizational standards.
