Summary:

The Clean Energy Center at Penn College is a nationally-recognized U.S. DOE legacy training center and BPI Test Center that provides workforce training and technical assistance to home energy professionals, building operators, government officials, utility companies, and other industry partners in the building performance field. Since 1985, the Center has delivered training to over 23,000 worker enrollments in building science standards and energy efficient retrofit techniques utilizing a blend of delivery methods and multiple lab locations. The Center actively establishes regional partnerships and programs to grow and diversify the clean energy workforce.
